The meat and sauce flavor was outstanding but if I made again I would use only half of the ricotta or maybe not at all. I thought it took away from the flavor of the sauce.

This recipe is really, really easy and tastes so good. We defrosted the meatballs in the microwave before putting them in the lasagna. That way I didn't have to worry about thawing them in the fridge overnight.

This was a fairly tasty meal. The whole family loved it and went back for seconds. It was really easy to make since it uses meatballs instead having to brown up hamburger.

This is the best lasagna ever! The peppers and onions give it a unique flavor and the meatballs save a lot of prep time. I'll never make the standard version of lasagna again!!
