Mom's meat loaf
lbs lean ground beef
slices bread; moistened with small amount of milk
whole onion; finely chopped
can tomato paste
preheat oven to 375'; mix all ingredients in a large bowl; form into 2 loaves and place in glass baking dish with a small amount of water
bake in oven for 50 minutes, then turn down heat to 350' for an additional 10 minutes or until loaf temperature is 160'. Allow to sit for 5 minutes, then serve.
