This was the perfect meal for my husband. He liked the flavor and I liked that it baked quickly in the oven. Instead of making the sauce suggested in the recipe I used some BBQ sauce. Next time I'll try ketchup and it should be just as good. This one is definitely a winner!

Made these for dinner and they were terrific. A little more time consuming than plain meatloaf but worth the effort. My husband loved them. I gave the leftovers to my daughter and now she wants the recipe for her family.

I used non-garlic potato powder and plain bread crumbs because the kid does not like the herby taste. The portion of this recipe is perfect! and I got 12 nice looking meat loaf cupcakes.
