was in a hurry one day and these ingredients were all i had but made an awesome casserole.

What a great recipe for our RV! We loved it! We had everything on hand, but we will also use this as a "base recipe" where you could use whatever you have on hand. Kinda like a "kitchen sink" recipe!!

i have also fixed this before the same way except i put sliced onions on very top and sliced mushrooms. very yummy!!
