oz mascarpone cheese (about 1/2 cup), softened

slices (1/4 inch thick) baguette French bread
1/3
cup pistachio nuts (about 2 oz), coarsely chopped

tablespoons honey

tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spread cheese on each bread slice. Place in single layer in ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan. Sprinkle nuts over cheese.
  2. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges of bread are light golden.
  3. Drizzle honey over top of each toast. Garnish with basil.
