cup small ice cubes or shaved ice

cup gin

cup dry vermouth

pimiento-stuffed green olives or 4 lemon twists
  1. Chill four 3-oz. stemmed glasses in freezer.
  2. To serve, place olive in each chilled glass. Place ice cubes in martini shaker or pitcher. Add gin and vermouth; shake or stir until blended. Pour into glasses, straining out ice.
