lb lean ground turkey

can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

cups cheddar cheese

red pepper
1/2
red onion

flour tortillas cut into bit size pieces

can jalapenos minced if desired

bag tortilla chips

roma tomatoe
  1. Brown ground turkey with any spices you enjoy, add onion and bell pepper to turkey. If you use a higher fat turkey or beef drain the meat.
  2. Once turkey is browned add 1 cup of cheddar cheese, add the soup, add the cut up flour tortillas and add the jalapenos. Cook until cheese is melted.
  3. Pour into oven ready dish
  4. Cook at 375 for 20 minutes
  5. While cooking crush up tortilla chips into fine pieces. Add one cup cheddar cheese to crushed tortilla chips
  6. When dish has cooked 20 minutes, add crushed chips to top of casserole and let cook another 5 minutes
  7. Place tomatoes on top and enjoy! This is an easy week night meal that your family will love!
