Ingredients

1: lb lean ground turkey

1: can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

2: cups cheddar cheese

1/2: red pepper

1/2: red onion

4: flour tortillas cut into bit size pieces

1: can jalapenos minced if desired

1/2: bag tortilla chips

1: roma tomatoe

Directions

1 Brown ground turkey with any spices you enjoy, add onion and bell pepper to turkey. If you use a higher fat turkey or beef drain the meat.
2 Once turkey is browned add 1 cup of cheddar cheese, add the soup, add the cut up flour tortillas and add the jalapenos. Cook until cheese is melted.
3 Pour into oven ready dish
4 Cook at 375 for 20 minutes
5 While cooking crush up tortilla chips into fine pieces. Add one cup cheddar cheese to crushed tortilla chips
6 When dish has cooked 20 minutes, add crushed chips to top of casserole and let cook another 5 minutes
7 Place tomatoes on top and enjoy! This is an easy week night meal that your family will love!
