Marions Favorite Belgian Waffle

These waffle's are made with Club Soda ..They also make a Great Dessert, just add ice cream and fresh fruit,any any other topping you Like.

cups Bisquick mix

egg

tablespoons oil

1 1/3

cups of bottle of club soda( 1small bottle )

Take a fork and break all the chunks in the Bisquick mix up and then add all ingredients and mix well with a whisk or a mixer. Do not over mix .Be sure your batter is medium to thick. Since this batter is of an efferescent nature, you can't store it. I just make all the waffles up then freeze the remaining waffles.Some mornings you over sleep just pop them in your toaster oven and enjoy! I make these as a dessert all the time.They are a Big hit ! Sprinkle powder sugar on heated waffle and add Ice Cream and any fruit and of course Whipped Cream....
