I made this for lunch. It was good, but I felt like there was way too much salad dressing.The vegetables smelled so good while they were cooking, but after marinating, they were just drenched. I added lettuce, tomato, croutons, and parmesan cheese to offset the dressing. If I make it again, I will use 1 tablespoon, instead of 3.
