Marbled Boozy Fudge

Brandy and coffee liqueur give this two-toned fudge it's punch of flavor.

Ingredients

2 1/2
cups sugar
1/2
cup margarine
2/3
cup evaporated milk
7
oz jar marshmallow creme
4
oz white almond bark
1
teaspoon brandy
6
oz chocolate chips
2
tablespoons coffee liqueur

  • 1 Chop almond bark into small pieces. Place in a bowl with brandy.
  • 2 Place chocolate chips and coffee liqueur in another bowl.
  • 3 Grease a 9x9 pan.
  • 4 Combine sugar, margarine and evaporated milk and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, boil for five minutes.
  • 5 Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme.
  • 6 Pour half of the mixture into each bowl and stir to combine.
  • 7 Pour white mixture into the greased pan. Pour chocolate mixture on top, taking care to spread evenly.
  • 8 If desired, use a knife to create swirl patterns.
  • 9 Place in freezer to firm up, then slice and serve.
