oz thick-sliced bacon (10 slices)

tablespoons real maple syrup
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Place cooling rack in 17x11-inch baking pan with sides. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Place bacon slices on rack (use 2 pans if necessary).
  3. Bake 10 minutes. Brush with half of the syrup. Bake 10 minutes longer. Turn bacon; brush with remaining 2 tablespoons syrup. Bake 10 minutes longer.
Makes 5 servings (2 slices bacon each)
