For Sunday brunch or Saturday happy hour, our Mango-Blueberry Champagne cocktail is ready in 5 minutes. Made with champagne, mango juice and fresh blueberries.

Ingredients

cup chilled mango nectar or juice
1/3
cup chilled dry champagne or sparkling wine
3
fresh blueberries

Directions

  • 1 To make cocktail, pour mango nectar then champagne into champagne flute. Garnish with blueberries.

Expert Tips

You can find mango nectar in the ethnic foods section or aisle of many supermarkets or at Hispanic grocery stores.

Any dry champagne or sparkling wine will work in this cocktail.
