finely chopped small red onion

head(small) heart of romaine

bag baby spinach

lime squeezed lime juice

tablespoon dijon mustard

tablespoon red wine vinegar

cups olive oil
  1. Cut each avocado in half and remove the pit. Cut each half into 5 lengthwise wedges. Sprinkle over avocados to prevent browning.
  2. Add oranges to avocados, with romaine, baby spinach, and onion
  3. In a separate bowl combine olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, and mustard.
  4. pour over salad and coat all ingredients evenly.
