Ingredients

4: cups Bisquick

1: cup boiling water

1/2: package frozen peas, thawed and steamed

1: package mashed potatoes, prepared as directed on package

1: lb hamburger or ground turkey, browned

1/2: cup Velveeta, cubed

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees, Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix together cooked peas, mashed potatoes, ground meat and velveeta and heat until velveeta is melted and mixed well. Set aside.
2 Mix boiling water and bisquick until soft dough is formed. Roll into ball ad kneed about 5 times. Place on flat surface sprinkled generously with bisquick, and roll out unil dough is between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 16 rectangular peices.
3 Drop veggie/potato/meat/cheese mixture onto 8 peices of dough. Top each one with a peice of dough and mash the edges together. Score each one. Bake for 23-28 mintues. (Brush with butter before baking if you want to.)

Use peas & carrots instead of peas. Add a pack of Onion soup mix in with ground meat while browning for a bold flavor. Substitute 2 packs brown gravy and a can of sliced mushrooms for the Velveeta
