This ice cream cake was really good. Here's my changes... I used m&m's instead because I don't like Whoppers. I did not see the need in putting powdered chocolate in the ice cream nor the cookie mix. It didn't change the flavor of either, IMO. Also, I didn't think adding the chunks of cookie helped any, and I only added it to half, and the half that didn't have the cookie pieces was better! Prep time took longer because cooling time took longer, and well, I'm adding the ice cream softening time... basically, bake the cookie crust and lay the ice cream out with enough time for the ice cream to soften and the cookie to cool before you start, and then it'd be about a 30 minute (or less if your fast) project. But, I took my time because there were A LOT of directions and I didn't want to miss anything. Otherwise, this is a very good ice cream cake, just use whatever candy you like in ice cream, and taste the ice cream you buy before you use it. I bought generic and name brand, and when mixed the choc. and van. generic together I liked that taste better than the 2 name brands mixed. And, incase you think my review is mixed (it is) I WOULD definately make this again, but with the changes I mentioned.
