Ingredients

  • 6 flatbreads (6 inch)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups Muir Glen™ organic pizza sauce (from 15-oz can)
  • Assorted pizza toppings (such as sliced mushrooms, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives)
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (12 oz)

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 425°F. Place flatbreads on cookie sheets. Spread evenly with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Top each with 1/2 cup cheese.
  • 2
Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Set out the flatbreads and all the toppings and let each person create their own pizza. Picky eaters can keep their pizza at a minimum with just cheese, while the more adventurous eaters can load on the toppings!
  • tip 2
Flour tortillas can be used instead of flatbreads.
