This recipe has been my family's favorite for over 60 years. My daughters are continuing the trend.Recently, one of my great nieces asked for this recipe. We like to shape the dough into individual knots and call them Potato Rolls.Makes about 24 rolls.

I had a VERY old Betty Crocker cookbook that was misplaced over the years. I had it for at least 35 years. I had pleased my family with your potatoe bread for a very long time, but I couldnt remember the recipe. I was so depressed. I just discovered your web site, and found the lost recipe, among so many more. This is an easy, fool proof recipe that will earn you many compliments. Included with great tips. Thank you so much.
