I respectfully don't agree with these reviews (sorry). I was expecting great flavor, but was disappointed. To be honest, after taking a few bites, I didn't think this was worth the calories. And while I think the muffin cup idea is great, it ended up being sort of a pain in retrospect considering the result. Just not that enjoyable to eat. Wish I had made a make-ahead egg casserole.

I have made these for two holiday brunches, but in a 9x13 pan. Very easy and very good. Used the entire can of soup, a jar of real bacon bits, and a little extra cheese - just to make sure the top was covered. Also travels well - we had an hour's drive. Something I will make many more times I'm sure!

Easy to make, ability to make ahead of time... These would be a great addition to any wedding/baby shower brunch!
