So the hardest part is mixing in the eggs to an already formed dough, I also combined the Parmesan/chives/basil and last egg in the final step, other than that they turned into magic puffs. I made them for a Halloween party, they should be a big hit!

There is nothing in the directions about dropping the puffs into boiling water before baking?
