ounces elbow macaroni
small red onion ( chopped )
cup green olives (chopped)
tsp fresh ground pepper
Cook the macaroni until al dente. Rinse under cool water and set aside to drain.
Mix the chopped red onion, mayonnaise, olives, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
Add the macaroni and mix together well.
Can serve warm or chill in the refrigerator until served.
