The best mac and cheese I have made at home, usually the sauce is a little bland but this was not. The seasonings and the cream cheese really brought the flavor up, sooo good!!

I made this for my family last night and it was sooooo bad my kids love macaroni and cheese and they would not eat more then one bowl. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My children liked this dish I did not care for the sour cream I prefer worchestershire sauce. Next time I am going to double the topping we all liked that.

It tastes great, the different spices give it a spicy kick. If you don't want it to be spicy forget the cayenne pepper. I took other people's advice and used ff yogurt instead of sour cream. I overcooked the elbows a bit so it made it more mushy than it should be. I used reduced fat cheese instead of ff because I have cooked with ff before and it doesn't do a good job. Overall a great recipe, will do again.
