Ingredients

2 1/2: cups Original Bisquick® mix

1/2: cup sugar

1/2: cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

3/4: cup half-and-half

3: tablespoons vegetable oil

2: teaspoons vanilla

1: egg, slightly beaten

Directions

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
2 In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix and sugar; stir in nuts. Make well in center of mixture. In small bowl, mix half-and-half, oil, vanilla and egg; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling two-thirds full.
3 Bake 11 to 12 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan to cooling rack.
