Mac N Cheese Easy Pizza

cups Original Bisquick mix

1/3

cup hot water

1

box Macaroni and Cheese

1/4

cup Cheese blend for like tacos

• 1 Heat oven to 450 F. Grease cookie sheet pan. Stir together Bisquick and hot water with wooden spoon; when it comes to a ball use your hands until soft dough forms. If using the same pans as I did double the recipe for crust.
• 2 Press dough into cookie sheet. Spread it out until crust is along the whole pan.
• 3 Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toothpick comes out clear.
• 4 While crust is baking make your choice of Macaroni and Cheese box make as directed on box, when crust is done add 1/2 of the box. After adding Macaroni and Cheese add your Cheese blend on top, put back in oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
• 5 Let cool down for at least 5 minutes and enjoy!!!
