It’s cool, it’s creamy, it’s moist and it’s easy to have on hand because it stores in the fridge. There’s no denying the popularity of this orange-flavored cake with the creamy pineapple frosting.

I took this cake to my card party supper and everyone loved it, I used coconut pudding instead of vinila, plus orange rind, it is sooo easy to make. Thank you, Darlene

I made this at the last minute for Father's Day with pecans instead of walnuts. Wow! What a hit it made! (Somebody earlier said the frosting did not fit the cake, but orange-pineapple is made for each other. Maybe they did something wrong.) I'll make this again -- it's easy to make and it comes out great.

I made this cake for a family get-together. Many people commented that the frosting did not "fit" the cake.. They stated that the frosting tasted more like ambrosia. I don't think I would make this again :(

I made this cake & it was delicious! It was moist & refreshing.I added more mandarin oranges to the cake batter & used the leftover oranges for decoration. The frosting was amazing & for a quick dessert, I'll make just the frosting & add more types of fruit, coconut & chopped nuts. My brother even said it was good & he mostly likes all things chocolate! I'll definitely make it again.

This cake was absolutely delicious. This is not one of those grocery store cakes that is too sweet. It's light and moist and a big hit! I will definitely make again!

I made this cake for Mother's Day. Have made before and enjoyed so much. No different this time, so light and moist for springtime. Love the pineapple. Will make again.

This cake is awesome. I made it for Easter dinner and it was a smash. It is so moist and delicious. You have to make it with the nuts. It states they are optional, but they add some great texture. This cake will become a traditional cake for the holidays.

OK, this is the winner!!! I made this cake to take to a family gathering for Easter dinner. 19 of us enjoyed the cake, a RAVE review from everyone there, no exceptions. Easy to make, moist, flavorful, light, inviting. I will be keeping the ingredients on hand to make often. Too bad Mandarin oranges only come from China!

This cake is very easy to make and delicious! Next time I will slice the mandarin oranges and fold them into the batter. My hand mixer shredded the oranges and I rather have had chunks of oranges to bite into. Enjoy!
