Create a cool and creamy dessert for a crowd that can be made the day ahead. The easy cookie crust gets a jump start from a mix.

I only had 1 cotainer of key lime yogurt and I did not withhold 1 cup of the cool whip (used it all) and this was one of the best deserts ever!! the cookie bottom is a little hard to cut, but not so much to not want to eat it! everyone loved it. I had a can of Redi-Whip, i topped it with a big spray of it - sooo good. Will definately make again. could always go with just a plain ole graham cracker crust instead. Texture was perfect.

Two cans of condensed milk was way too much sugar. Yoplait yogurt is too sweet, too. We needed black coffee to wash down the after taste. It was nauseating later. Even crust was too sweet. The filling was too soft and the crust was hard and hard to cut and crumbled. It did not sell. I ended up with huge left over.

I used sugar cookie mix instead of the oatmeal. Wow - I have never seen a dessert disappear so fast. Everyone was commenting on it. The crust was a little hard, so I will take the advise of another poster and not press down the cookie mix. I put lime slices on the top and some line "zest" and it looked as good as it tasted. Making it again this week for another gathering.

being from key west thought this might be a different take on key lime pie. I was very disappointed in the crust, have to agree with others it was hard to cut. I used the yoplait key lime whipped yogurt and used key lime and mango juice. The filling was great easy the lime and mango juice worked well. The texture was perfect I also topped with with thin key lime slices and mangos.I am going to make this again but will use a different type of crust.

We have had record breaking heat this year and appetites have not been at there best. I was invited to a dinner party and I asked if I could bring a dessert and brought the Lusious Key Lime Dessert. What a hit! Light, fluffy and enjoyable for these exhausting heat spells we have been having this summer 2011. Easy to make and the secret to the crust is not to press it down in the pan. Just lightly spread it to the shape of the pan and bake.

I will not make this recipe again. The crust tasted good, but was way too hard to cut and remove from the pan without making a big mess. I brought it to work for a party, and you could not eat the crust with a plastic fork. The filling had a good lime taste, but I found it too sweet (and I like sweet) Only 2 spoons for this one BC.

I made this recipe for our Easter Dinner dessert and it got rave reviews. My daughter's boyfriend could not get enough. Had no problems with it getting firm. Will be making this for those hot summer nights.

Just tried this recipe and used fresh key limes. It turned out perfect and the texture was just like the picture. I think folding the cool whip and yogurt in with a mixer helped to stabilize the mixture. I also used a larger pan (10x15) with the same recipe and it went farther for the party.

For the people saying this dessert was 'soupy'..... I've made this recipe twice; the first time it was soupy but we liked the flavor so much I decided to try again. I'm always trying to save a few calories and fat grams so the first time I used "fat free" cool whip topping and fat free eagle brand milk, it didn't get as firm as the picture shown. The 2nd time, I used original cool whip and original eagle brand milk and it was PERFECT!
