Low Fat Crinkle Cookies
Low fat lemon cookies
Box lemon cake mix
Cups Cool Whip
Cups Powdered sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Lightly beat egg.
3. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and Cool Whip.
4. Form dough into tablespoonfuls and roll in powdered sugar.
5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until edges are golden.
