Low Fat Brownies--via MyDaily Moment
Egg Beaters/egg substitute
14 oz. can Fat Free sweetened condensed milk
tsp Vanilla extract--to taste
cup All Purpose flour
cup Sugar+ 1/8 tsp
cup Splenda/Equal +1/8tsp
cup baking cocoa
tsp baking powder
In a mixing bowl, beat egg substitute for 1 minute or until frothy and slightly thickened. Stir in milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to the egg mixture and mix well. Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
