cans solid albacore tuna in water(drained)

stalks celery

medium carrot(shredded)

red pepper(diced)

cup light mayonaise

tablespoons light sour cream or nonfat yogurt

I like the reciepe but is that 200 calories per serving or for the whole thing. What size cans were they? Too many variables for me to trust the calorie count on this one. Need more info. Being on a strict diet right now I have to know the right info.
