finely crushed green Chillies

tablespoon Cumin Seeds

tablespoons Sugar

pinch Garam Masala Powder

tablespoon salt

bunches Spinach (cleaned & shredded)
100
grams Paneer
1
flake Garlic (crushed)

tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2
tablespoon Wheat Flour

pinches Turmeric Powder
3
pinches Cinnamon Clove Powder
3
pinches Asafetida
  • 1 Wash and drain spinach; cook it in the medium heat.
  • 2 Now drain the cooked spinach; allow it to cool.
  • 3 Grind it with ginger, garlic, flour and chilles.
  • 4 Heat a nonstick pan and fry cumin seeds.
  • 5 Sprinkle Asafetida and ground spinach; stir it well.
  • 6 Mix cinnamon clove powder, turmeric powder, salt and sugar.
  • 7 Cook (covered) in simmer for 3- 4 minutes.
  • 8 Spoon the content into serving dish.
