Loaded Roasted Potato Casserole
bags (19 oz each) Value Size frozen roasted potatoes, broccoli & cheese sauce
cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (3 oz)
cup crumbled cooked bacon
cup sour cream
cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
Heat oven to 400°F. Cook frozen vegetables as directed on bag. Spoon evenly into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with cheese and bacon.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until topping is light golden brown. Serve with sour cream and green onions.
Use your favorite shredded cheese--Monterey Jack, Cheddar or Gouda.
