EACH 6" Italian Buns

lbs Packaged Italian Beef
1/2
Medium Green Pepper, sliced lengthwise 1/4"

Medium Red Pepper, sliced lengthwise 1/4"
1
Medium Onion, slice lengthwise 1/4"

package Mushrooms, stem removed sliced thin

Stick Butter

each Garlic Cloves
1/2
cup Shredded Asiago Cheese
2
Cups Shredded Provalone Cheese
2
Cups Shredded Mozarella Cheese

Half Cup Grated Parmesean for top
  1. Follow Beef Warming Instructions for stove top or crockpot. Do not overcook
  2. Soften Butter on counter in small bowl.
  3. Press Garlic, and use fork to mix with butter
  4. Sautee Onion, Pepper Mushroom on stovetop in a bit of olive oil
  5. Slice buns in 1/2 lenthwise, leave so theyre connected but each 1/2 can cook flat. Place buns on cookie sheet open.
  6. Lightly spread softened garlic butter on all bread surfaces
  7. spread thin layer of asiago on buttered bun
  8. Place beef on bun as much or little as you prefer. Spread on both halves, be sloppy!
  9. Take a handful of shredded mozarella and placed on top of beef
  10. Sprinkle with pgrated paremsean
  11. Heat over on broil HI setting (5 min or so)
  12. Place sandwiches on 2nd rack from top
  13. Cook for approx. 5 minutes, until cheese is slightly browned
