cup butter or margarine
4
cups Frosted Cheerios® cereal
4
cups Bugles® original corn snacks
1/2
cup raisins
1
cup miniature marshmallows
1
cup candy-coated chocolate candies

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 300°F. Place butter in 13x9-inch pan; heat in oven 2 to 3 minutes or until melted (watch to prevent burning). Stir in cereal, corn snacks and raisins until evenly coated.
  • 2 Bake 10 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
  • 3 Stir in marshmallows and candies. Store in loosely covered container.

I didn't realize I could write a review a couple yrs ago when I first made this . I made it for my mans grandson on his birthday and the kids ate it up in minutes. I was so happy they liked this. Well, it is that time of yr. again and his other grandkids are coming to our home soon and Im making this once again !!

This brings back memories of my childhood, we made this every year at 4H camp. Thank you so much for posting the recipe! I made it at Christmas with holiday M&Ms and everyone loved it!

I remember this from my childhood, I absolultely loved the balance between the sweet and salty, soft and crunchy! I have not seen bugle snacks for years though, do they still make them?
