Used Krusteaz (just add water) mix and it worked just fine. I baked the batter/cheese for about 7-10 minutes before adding the chicken mixture. Very easy dinner recipe. The kids loved the cheesy biscuity bread the batter made around the chicken. I like to use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce.

This recipe is at the top of my list. I mixed up the cheeses and used about half fat free shredded mozzarella and half fat free shredded cheddar. It came out great!

My family was not very crazy about this. I won't make it again. The crust stuck to the pie pan and I sprayed it very well. The taste was fine mostly because I used a good bar-b-q sauce, but it looked terrible.

I had leftover chicken from earlier in the week that was too dry to eat on it's own. I thought this recipe might just do the trick and I was right! I baked the crust alone for 10 min which gave me time to shred the chicken breasts and add the bbq sauce to it. I pulled the pan out of the oven and added the rest of the ingredients before baking it for the rest of the time and it turned out great. Easy clean up too!

This was really, really good. Substituted chicken that was from a leftover whole chicken last night. We will make it again. Next time we will add sauteed onions to the chicken mix.
