I was very disappointed with this recipe. I too thought it was lacking something. I did not spray the paper cups and had no problems with sticking.

For the people who said they stick to the muffin tins or the muffin cups: spray with non stick cooking spray. I use the muffin liners AND I spray them. No problems whatsoever. Just a little hint is all :)

I didn't think they were missing anything at all! I actually thought they would've been better as chocolate chip muffins instead of blueberry- for some reason the blueberries didn't quite work for me in them. The other problem I had was that they stuck to the paper wrappers really bad, so next time I will probably just grease the pan.

Delicious! Many people said they were missing something but couldn't place it so I knew I was going to add something from the beginning. I added 3/4 c unpacked brown sugar and 1 Tbsp ground flax seed and a little more milk and they turned out perfect!

I agree that there's something missing. I even added some cinnamon. I think I may substitute Splenda for the sugar, and use more of it, that way I can make them sweeter. Other than that I would say they were pretty good. Being on Weight Watchers I'm doing my best to try new foods and healthier foods. I'll just play with the recipe some.

I was disappointed with this recipe. Even with adding cinnamon and using 1/2 C of Splenda rather than the 1/3 C of sugar, there seemed to be missing something.

this was very good. My husband thought it was missing something...a spice. I thought they tasted better the day after I baked them. I also used half sugar and half splenda to save a few calories. Next time will probably add some nutmeg or cinnamon.

These muffins were good. I substituted splenda for the sugar, used the egg whites, less oil and more applesauce. Next time I would spray the muffin cups because they did stick a good bit. My kids like them with cinn/sugar sprinkeled on before baking. I''d make these again for sure!
