So easy to make; very tasty, nice flavor; cut down the chilli powder seasoning since I was making it for guests, but will definitely add more next time. Enjoyed making and eating it.

I've also modified this recipe. I don't like how soggy the zucchini gets when you make this recipe. I've opted out of the zucchini and green chilies for Progresso's Veggie Classics. It has corn and other veggies. It's taken me three tries to get this the way my family likes it. It's especially good with Ritz crackers. They just have that buttery taste that compliments the soup!

This soup is SOOOOOOO good! Its also cheep to make. I use my crock pot and make a big batch. It freezes well! Its a perfect meal all on its own! SO healthy!

My family (even 3 year old son) loved it! I couldn''t find spicy tomato juice so I just got v8 and added spicy tomato sauce, but it stil turned out yummy! I doubled it and we had it 2 days in a row....The best part....low fat and healthy!

This soup was really yummy. I added cubed ham and topped the soup with chopped cilantro to accent the chili powder flavor. My husband liked the soup as well and it definitely warmed us both up on a rainy Saturday night. We will surely have this one again.
