This delicious lemonade sorbet makes a cool and refreshing dessert for a hot summer day.

1 1/2: cups cold water

1: cup frozen (thawed) lemonade concentrate (from 12-oz can)

3: tablespoons honey

: Lemon slices, if desired

: Blueberries, if desired

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 In blender or food processor, place water, lemonade concentrate and honey. Cover; blend on low speed until smooth. Pour into 8-inch square glass baking dish.
2 Freeze about 4 hours until firm, stirring several times to keep mixture smooth. Garnish with lemon slices and blueberries.
