box Betty Crocker Super moist Lemon cake mix

Eggs
1 1/2
cups Shredded Zucchini
1
tablespoon vegetable oil
Zest of one Lemon
1/2
cup granulated sugar
1 1/2
tablespoons Lemon juice
1
cup Sifted powdered sugar
  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Generoulsy spray 2 (8x4 inch) loaf pans with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, eggs, zucchini, oil, and granulated sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until blended, or mix with spoon. Divide batter between pans.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until center of loaf springs back when touched. Mean while combine lemon juice and powered sugar. Run knife around sides of pans to loosen. Cool until able to handle.
  4. Place loafs on wire rack and spoon lemon glaze on warm loafs. Cool completly. Slice and enjoy!
