These cookies are easy to make and taste amazing! I omitted rolling them in the sugar mixture before baking and sifted powdered sugar over them after baking instead. Also, if you are hoping to really taste the rosemary, I'd add up to a ½ teaspoon more than the recipe calls for. Enjoy!

I thought these cookies are sophisticated, pretty and tasty. I am thinking of using them as cookies at my son's wedding. I would add more rosemary.

Mixed up a batch just before dinner. The hardest part was waiting for them to set up in the fridge for 2 hrs. I had to try them tonite, even by picky teenage daughter liked them. Very good. Would use at least a tablespoon less sugar to roll them in. but otherwise very good. I used fresh rosemary.
