Just used this recipe. Since I did not have ranch dressing or lemon pepper Panko I substituded blue cheese dressing and added cummin and Two Sisters buffalo seasoning to plane Panko. Made a side of Betty's Loaded Potatoe Casserole baked at the same time. Had a wonderful meal! I am sure the original ingrediants would have been just as tasty, but how versitile is this?
