Skip the fast-food fish sandwiches and make them at home. They're 15-minutes fast!

We loved, loved, loved this!!! I made only a very few changes so that it would be lower in sodium. I sprinkled my fillets with 1/2 a fresh lemon and mixed a sodium free garlic lemon herb blend with the corn meal and flour and about 1/4 tsp black pepper. I then served it with homemade Lemony Tarter sauce a recipe that I got from the American Heart Association cookbook. My husband then cooked it on the grill using a griddle for the grill. I only wish that I could give it higher than 5 spoons, it was that good!!

How do you feed this to someone who is currently powering a ship which is in space?

This was a really good dish. My family always eat turkey burgers so this was really a good kick from the old fashion turkey burger. My hubby and kids loved it.

I used swai fillets instead and olive oil instead of vegitable. It turned out to be a hit with my pickey family. And a pretty healthy dish.

i agree! i was worried about making the sandwiches but it turned out to be one of my best seafood dinners yet...and actually it's just as good as an entree (didn't need the bread!)

My hubby turned his nose up when he came home and I was making these sandwiches. However, once I served them, he changed his mind. He told me they were the best fish sandwiches he ever had! I used tilapia for the fish and buttered/toasted buns. Kind of made a mess due to the frying, but worth every bit of it.
