jar betty crocker vanilla frosting

cup marshmallow cream

teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Add ingredients listed on the box and mix them together.
  2. Add 3-4 teaspoons of lemon juice to the batter. Beat on a slow speed.
  3. Scoop batter into 24 cupcake tins. Bake 19-23 minutes or until the cupcakes spring back when touched.
  4. For the frosting, combine 1 jar of Betty Crocker vanilla frosting and 2/3 a cup marshmallow cream. Beat on a low setting.
  5. Add 3-4 teaspoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, then beat at a low speed.
