I made this recipe for a party and they were gone in a blink of an eye. This recipe was very easy to make and wasn't too sweet or too too lemony. Will make again!!

I believe that whoever wrote the directions for these lemon bars made a mistake. I make a lemon pie that uses sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and an egg. The egg should be mixed into the sweetened condensed milk NOT the cookie mix. This way it won't be too doughy and the lemon mixture will thicken up really good when baked.

These were really good! The dough on top was kinda sticky, so I added some oats to try crumble it a little bit. Just had to break it into little pieces. Once it bakes it turns out awesome!

These bars were delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, but did add about a tablespoon more lemon juice. My coworkers devoured these simple treats!

My husband and I LOVED these. They were so easy to make. I really liked that there were only a few ingredients. I had some lemon curd left over from a previous recipe and added 2 tbsps to the mixture and it added a real punch of lemon flavor.

I made them for the first time to take to a bbq because I love anything with oatmeal in them. Wasn't sure if any one else would like them but they ended up being a HUGE hit! They were gone in no time and people were asking for the recipe.

The dough was too sticky to "crumble" on top. If I were to make these again I might put it in a larger pan and cook it for a few less minutes. (The crust was too thick and browned too much even before the specified time ran out.) I took them to a church function. There were leftovers. :o( I must have done something wrong if everyone else is giving it higher reviews.

Too sweet!! Dough much too sticky when working with it! I did find if you dampen your hands when pressing the dough into the pan, it works much better. Definitely NOT a favorite.
