Lemon-Chive Pasta and Peppers

cup butter or margarine

small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

small green bell pepper, cut into thin strips

teaspoon grated lemon peel

tablespoon chopped fresh chives

teaspoon pepper

tablespoons lemon juice

cups hot cooked pasta (any variety)
  • 1 Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook bell peppers, lemon peel, chives, salt and pepper, stirring occasionally, until bell peppers are crisp-tender. Stir in lemon juice; cook until hot. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
