Based on the reviews I had read about this recipe not being very crisp I modified it a little. I dipped the fish in egg substitute and added some corn starch to the coating mixture (adding corn starch is EXCELLENT for making food crisp). I did not use the 2 tbs oil to drizzle over the fish, I instead thoroughly drench the fish with cooking spray and everything turned out fine. Over all I really liked this and was impressed with using fiber one for coating. First time I had used it, I will use it again.

I think this was a very good recipe. I couldn't get the coating to crisp up but it had great flavor and the sauce was awesome! I served it with sweet potato fries.

Everyone ate this and had seconds! Even my very picky 5-year old. I subsituted Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning for the seasonings listed.

This was just nasty! I usually love these recipes but this one didn't work. The sauce was great but the problem was the crust made with the Fiber One. It would have been better with Corn Flakes or bread crumbs.
