I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but this just didn't come together for me and I would not make it again.

This was terrific. Easy to make and enjoyed by the whole family. I was worried because the pasta isn't precooked, but I followed the recipe and had no trouble at all. I did add the juice from the lemon to the broth. I will make this again.

This recipe is one of our favorites. It's getting to the point where I make it once a week! I use only fresh broccoli and grill the chicken breasts (with added spices) instead of a store bought chicken. I always add a little extra broth and top it with lots of parm. cheese. It's always a big hit with my husband. And it's oh so easy.

I used this recipe as a guide, but was trying to use up what was in the cupboard. I, too, ended up doubling the broth, even though I hadn't read the reviews ahead like I usually do. Instead of rotisserie chicken, I used a pre-marinated lemon pepper breast (a little under a pound) and really enjoyed the flavor it added (skipped the add'l lemon) - I could definitely see where it might be bland with unseasoned chicken. I also used about a pound of asparagus instead of the broccoli and smoked gouda instead of parmesan. I was the only one home, but I enjoyed it. I'd make it again, but would do something similar or follow some of the other suggestions to "jazz it up" a little.

Not only did I add more broth, I used Chicken tenders that I had fried in margarine and fresh garlic (my family loves garlic but hates rot. chicken). I also doubled the recipe for our family. The teenager is a very pick eater, but she told me to KEEP the recipe! It came out great and it was very easy to make!!

This is delicious. I am a very finicky eater and I loved this. It would be a great dish to take for a picnic. It's very fresh and it nice that when you make it you get that wonderful lemon smell from the zest. Yum!

Sorry, but this is quite possibly the worst thing I've ever made in my kitchen. Totally tasteless and a waste of good chicken and broccoli.

Surprisingly this was so good! I was hesitant because the pasta actually cooks in the broth and I thought it may have turned out starchy/gloppy, but it did not. I used double the amount of broth and also added the juice from the lemon. Even my kids (15 & 12) liked it and cleaned their plates. I served this with garlic toast. Good, easy meal.
