whole boneless skinless chicken breasts

cloves garlic

cup dry cooking sherry

cup lemon juice (1 full lemon squeezed I usually add a little more than that)

cup chicken stock

scallions

whole tomato diced

box whole wheat spaghetti noodles
  1. Cook the pasta as directed on the box. Brown the chicke in the Promise 5-6 min. Remove chicken from pan and dice into bite sized pieces. Cook the remaining Promise thats left in the pan, diced garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Add flour and stir constantly for 2 min. Wisk in sherry and reduce heat for 1 min. Wisk in lemon juice and chicken stock. Finally add the chicken back into the sauce, serve over noodles and garnish with scallions and diced tomatoes.
