Wonderful Recipe!!!! I just made a batch for company and it was a hit! Thank you for a wonderful recipe. I lined my pan with wax paper and it made it so easy to clean up. So yummy! Will make these again for sure!!!!!!!

Made these for Father's Day grill out. They were a huge hit! They were gone in a matter of a minutes and even my son, who is a very picky eater, liked them. Simple to make and full of lemon flavor.

I had been looking for a recipe for lemon bars for a long time. This is my favorite!! I do add more lemon in glaze. I also poked holes in the cake and the glaze soak into the cake also. It turned out great. I get request to make these all the time!!!

At 8 months pregnant, I was craving something sweet and lemony so I decided to try this recipe. I didn't have fresh lemons on hand but I had refridgerated lemon juice and some lemon extract so I substituted those things for the fresh lemon juice and the lemon zest. This turned out so moist and lemony and absolutely perfect! My husband and kids loved it as much as I did! This would be perfect to take to a bake sale or pot luck or just to have with some tea! I added this to my recipe box! :)

I tried this recipe last night and it was okay. I was short on lemons. It definitely needs more lemon juice than the recipe calls for. But overall it was still good.

I made this recipe for a family get-together and there was a tie on whether they were great or not. I for one loved the bars. I will add more glaze on them next time. They are the perfect combination of sweetness and the tang of lemon. Also very easy to make.

I have made these lemon bars twice and my family and office staff loved them. They are soft and moist and really have a great lemon favor to them. I added 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla to the lemon glaze as well. I used a brownie pan lined with foil and greased the bottom for easier clean up to bake them and checked them at 20 minutes and they were done at 23 to 25 minutes. After the lemon bars are glazed and cooled just lift them out of the pan with the over hang of the foil and cut the bars. I will keep making these awesome bars. Enjoy!
