If you like lemon flavor, this is a good one. Delicious...not overly sweet. I found the recipe easy to make. The only variation I used was cubed italian bread instead of french (store was out of french). Good hot or cold. The only confusing part was what to do with the extra "mix" once you use all of the bread cubes. I decided not to add/pour it over the top layer of bread cubes. It didn't come out dry, so I'm guessing I did the right thing...although I will make this again and perhaps pour some of it over the top before baking. The lemon whip topping was easy and capped a nice dessert.
