Overall, these muffins tasted fine. However, they weren't as sweet as I would have liked (maybe because of the tartness of the lemon and berries). What was most frustrating, though, was that when they came out of the oven, they looked great, but the bottom half of the muffins stuck to the bottom of the paper cups. It sucks people had to throw half of these muffins away with the paper. I might make these again, but not unless I tweak the recipe myself.

I loved these muffins! I didn't have a lemon so I used orange peel and orange juice instead and a few more frozen blueberries than the recipe called for and they were great! A good healthy recipe!

The muffins are light and fluffy, more towards cakey. I prefer a muffin with a heartier texture. They have good flavor (I used fresh frozen blueberries), but I'd add more lemon flavoring next time. I would make them again, but will continue to look for that country-morning blueberry muffin receipt.

Tried these today. Very easy to make! I didn't have fresh or frozen and used Dried Blueberries (Costco's brand) and probably will not do so again. The muffins are good, but I think they need the juice you would get from fresh or frozen to add flavor to the muffin. I will try again though!
